What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All product prices are in USD. We accept gratuities in the forms of smiles, high fives, and great reviews!

Absolutely!! Tag us in your pics of you and your friends in Burt's Eyewear! There is no greater example of how great our frames look, than on your smiling faces, living your best life! Be sure to use #BurtsEyewear in all of your posts!

 

 I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Short answer: ASAP.

Long answer: Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at info@redgoldkc.com


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

Hey, it happens! If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. If it is incorrect, just let us know via email at info@redgoldkc.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. (Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.)

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary, as anyone who has lived during the pandemic knows. What we can tell you is that the average shipping time is 7-10 business days, within the U.S.   

 

I want to purchase a complete pair-with prescription lenses. Can I do that?
